As a Refocus Specialist you will provides formal educational/social skill instruction to students in the life skills classroom. Promote and encourage effective social skills, behavioral skills, and general care.

Staff provide direct care and supervision of children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Conduct Sanctuary® -based group activities for social and emotional development of children ages 5-18 in campus residential treatment setting.

The Unit Manager is responsible for supervising the staff assigned to the Treatment Unit of the Residential Program. This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the Treatment Unit.
