Outpatient Therapist Responsibilities:
· Evaluations/Intake assessments
· Treatment planning
· Psychotherapy
· Crisis intervention/support
· Clinical documentation
The successful candidate should be able to meet with clients in assigned school or Outpatient office, and be able to work collaboratively with assigned school personnel. Current PA license required, as well as prior experience with children/adolescents and families. Preference given to those candidates currently paneled with insurance providers, and candidates trained in Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT). Productivity goals and incentives.
Schedule: Full-time 10 month (during school year); M-F to include some later afternoons or early evenings, as necessary. Flexible, per diem schedule during summer, with opportunity to increase caseload/appointments. EOE

QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education/Training/License/Certification:
Applicants must be clinical professionals with active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
B. Work Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience with children and adolescents.
