This position provides direct care and supervision of children and adolescents experiencing emotional/behavioral challenges. Children in the Residential Treatment Program range from 5 to 18 years of age. Other responsibilities include:
Utilize
Safe Crisis Management approaches and techniques
Model the Sanctuary Commitments and utilize the S.E.L.F Model
Staff members are expected to practice the Sanctuary Commitments and utilize S.E.L.F in promoting daily living skills, positive social interactions with peers and adults, and non-aggressive problem solving.
Work Hours: Full-time 3rd shift
Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. is required, Three months of related experience.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to obtain clean clearance for FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse, and PA Criminal History; Official transcripts and diploma to verify educational level. EOE.

Compensation: Minimum entry rate: $11.50/hour plus a $2.00/hr. Residential Program pay differential. Hourly, non-exempt position classification.
