We are seeking a passionate Educational Specialist looking to promote the educational and emotional well-being of students in our Residential Treatment Program.
Work directly with students to motivate and guide them, while incorporating the Sanctuary® Psych-Ed Curriculum into their daily lesson plans. The Behavior Counselor will work in an alternative education classroom with an Erie’s Public Schools or Sarah Reed teacher and will provide the immediate behavioral interventions necessary to maintain a therapeutic learning environment within the Sanctuary milieu. Safety, emotional regulation, loss and future are the primary factors considered in developing objectives, consulting with colleagues, and implementing interventions.
Full-time, school year position supporting the clinical needs of 6-12th grade students in Sarah Reed's Bridges Alternative Education Program. Work closely with behavior counselors, teachers and site supervisor to ensure that students have a productive and therapeutic experience while placed in the program. Develop behavioral goals, participate in intake and review meetings, and flexibly support the program as needed. WILL PROVIDE SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT FOR THERAPISTS ON PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE PATH!
Provide therapy to children, adolescents and families in identified school sites as well as in our outpatient clinic. Work collaboratively with personnel at assigned schools to insure that student needs are met through on-site sessions, or work with team to coordinate appropriate referral to one of Sarah Reed's other programs. WILL ASSIST WITH SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT FOR THERAPISTS ON PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE PATH!
The Special Education Case Manager is responsible for managing the special education process and IEPs at our Bridges Alternative Education Program locations. The position ensures that all services and supports are in place for students in addition to updating paperwork and evaluations in a timely manner. The Special Education case manager will coordinate between team members to facilitate the needed resources, accommodations, and behavior plans in place.
We are currently seeking a Residential Shift Leader to assist with the overall management of client behaviors, supervision and coordination of Unit staff, and program functions.
The Unit Manager is responsible for supervising the staff assigned to the Treatment Unit of the Residential Program. This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the Treatment Unit.
