What You'll Do:

  • Deliver individual, group and family therapy suing evidence-based trauma practices
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Provide evening consultation and crisis intervention to residential program one shift per week\
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards
  • May assist in supervising inters or acting as a mentor for newer clinicians

What You Bring:

  • Master's degree in social services or related field (required)
  • Two-five years relevant clinical experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of child/adolescent development and trauma recovery
  • Strong documentation, communication and clinical collaboration skills
  • Commitment to non-violence, emotional intelligence and restorative practices
