Therapist - Partial Hospitalization Program

Other responsibilities include:

  • Complete psychosocial evaluations for all clients entering the program. 
  • Conduct psychotherapy with clients as needed under the supervision/direction of the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for all clients.
  • Maintain current clinical records for all clients
  • Complete clinical reports, notes, and documentation as necessary to ensure timely provision of service and the assessment of needs.
  • Serve as an advocate for all clients.
  • Secure authorizations for recommended treatment. 
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure quality, seamless service for all clients.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all clients using effective behavior management techniques.

Staff members are expected to utilize both Sanctuary Commitments and S.E.L.F. Model, as well as be familiar with trauma-informed Cognitive Behavior therapies.

Work Hours: Full-time M-F, 40 hours/week. 

Qualifications :  Successful candidates must possess a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field with a minimum of one year of experience with client population.  Must demonstrate clinical understanding to meet the diversified needs of clients and provide them with activities for treatment needs as reflected in the individual treatment plans

Ability to obtain FBI Fingerprints (processed through PDE), Child Abuse, and PA Criminal History; Official transcripts and diploma to verify educational level. EOE.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and education; Exempt classification.
