Residential Unit Manager

The primary duties of the Unit Manager are as follows:

  • Provide leadership and direct supervision of all full-time, part-time and occasional staff in the Treatment / Living Unit
  • Coordinate clients' treatment with the Treatment Team and Clinical Department
  • Supervise the clinical aspect of the Unit
  • Audit and prepare for a variety of on campus inspections by licensing and governing bodies
  • Coordinate community activities and events
  • Supervise and facilitate group and individual activities


  • Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is preferred; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • previous experience working with children and youth, and/or involvement in the mental health field.


  • Must be 21 or older
  • Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history
  • Proof of education
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License


  • Sunday / Monday: OFF
  • Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Thursday / Saturday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
