Residential Unit Manager

The primary duties of the Unit Manager are as follows:

  • Provide leadership and direct supervision of all full-time, part-time and occasional staff in the Treatment / Living Unit
  • Coordinate clients' treatment with the Treatment Team and Clinical Department
  • Supervise the clinical aspect of the Unit
  • Audit and prepare for a variety of on campus inspections by licensing and governing bodies
  • Coordinate community activities and events
  • Supervise and facilitate group and individual activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree is required; with a minimum of three years related experience and/or training.
  • Previous experience working with children and youth, and/or involvement in the mental health field.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history
  • Proof of education
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License

SCHEDULE

  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: OFF
  • Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

COMPENSATION

  • Salaried, Exempt
