Residential Shift Leader

The shift leader will provide leadership and act as a positive role model for both the children and staff they lead and oversee. In addition, they are responsible for coordinating resources, planning shifts and coordinating daily age appropriate activities which support the goals defined in treatment plans with the clinical care staff.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

  • Develop and plan therapeutic groups
  • Assist in developing and implementing behavior-shaping programs
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff
  • Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more

Shift Leader Schedule:

  • Wednesday - Saturday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Leader Requirements:

Must be 21 or older

Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history

Shift Leader Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education or related areas of study preferred, as well as those individuals continuing their post-high school education.
