Outpatient Office Coordinator

  1. Office Management & Greeting Clients/Families/Visitors - Schedule appointments for clinical staff and medical clinic; greet and sign in clients/families; obtain necessary insurance information and ID cards, update client information in EMR; send out missed appointment notices; mail processing; maintain office supplies and handle equipment maintenance.
  2. OP Case Management Duties (OP therapy & Med Management) - Complete eligibility checks; manage treatment plan review schedules for therapists; schedule psychiatric evaluations and medication checks; assist with completion of referrals; assist with tracking of therapist caseloads
  3. Psychological Assessment Clinic Case Management Duties - Schedule clinical interviews; schedule psychological testing; maintain testing clinic log; send discharge letters
  4. Productivity Enhancement

SCHEDULE

  • M-F, 37.5 hours/week

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, post-high school education preferred.  Understanding of clinical office functioning and demonstrated competence with documentation (timeliness and content) and navigating electronic medical records.  Must be organized and able to effectively manage time to meet clinical needs and scheduling demands. Strong comfort level with Microsoft office products and Outlook.
