Description:
This position provides direct care and supervision of children and adolescents experiencing emotional/behavioral challenges. Children in the Residential Treatment Program range from five to 18 years of age.
Other responsibilities include:
Staff members are expected to practice the Sanctuary Commitments and utilize S.E.L.F in promoting daily living skills, positive social interactions with peers and adults, and non-aggressive problem solving.
Work Hours: Full-time 2nd shift and Part-time weekend and morning opportunities available
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Early Childhood, or related field preferred; will consider combination of post-high school education and related experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic or school setting.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to obtain clean clearances for FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse, and PA Criminal History; Official transcripts and diploma to verify educational level. EOE.

Compensation: Min base rate: $17.00 (with BA); additional adjustment for related experience. Hourly, non-exempt position classification.
